I was a real ER nurse today!! Yeah!! This is going to sound a bit strange, but I am strange. I get so tired of the mundane overuse of the Emergency Department but today I had really sick patients. Life Flight and everything! But the best was saved for last and that was the trauma!! OH yeah baby! I am all about that!! I left the Christmas party early on Monday because I felt awful. I dragged my sorry self to work and some sort of ER fairy must have been watching over me! I felt like I made a difference today. It was awesome.
