It is quite a process making homemade anything. I had so many apples and didn't know what to do with them so I made apple pie filling and applesauce. I bought my nifty little apple peeler and all was right with the world. You cook the apples and then process them in the blender to make the applesauce. On the last batch I noticed my spatula....oops. Had a chunk missing! I chose to not get upset. After all, where would it get me? My applesauce is mine and eventually the chunk will show up. I don't remember seeing it and you would think I would notice. But maybe it is in little pieces....umm, new flavor and texture right?
